The development status of CTP system

photosensitive resin plate: similar to ordinary plate, it must be treated in aqueous chemical composition. However, compared with the silver salt version, the sensitivity, resolution and printing resistance of the photosensitive resin version are very low. The use of new high sensitivity resin emulsion can ensure the consistency of products and the stability of graphics and text - this is also the most important consideration when selecting plates

mixed plate: add the low sensitivity silver halide mask layer in the exposure process to the common photosensitive emulsion, so as to obtain the advantages of the compromise between the two substances. thermal plate: it can be operated under the sun, with high-resolution replication, accurate imaging and potential to simplify the process. However, the thermal technology is not as mature as the visible laser system, so the thermal selection has great limitations, and the thermal technology still has potential to be tapped
